The room was extremely spacious and brand-new, with a large bathroom. I was very impressed with the climate control and the availability of a safe. the location is perfect, just a short walk from St Mark's Square, the city center, and the canal.

Staff were very amiable, atmosphere was quiet, it had particularly good location just off the centre of Venice, everything, especially St Mark's square and the square. Enjoyed the location in his residence which called "Friendly Venice Suites "...

The stay was excellent with no complaints, the rooms were brand-new and reasonably spacious.

The rooms at Residenza Nobile are fantastic! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a private bathroom with a bath tub. I felt right at home in the air-conditioned rooms, which had a cozy and classic vibe.

Some might find the presence of a bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but it's just a personal preference.

I had a very nice stay in a spacious and clean room. the location was great, very close to a Vaporetto stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. the guy who gave us the keys was friendly and polite, and he even recommended a nearby residence, Friendly Venice Suites, where we could have a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. the area surrounding the hotel was also very nice, with plenty of things to see and do.

There was no milk provided for the tea and coffee in the room. the staff kindly gave us a small jug of milk to use, which was a nice gesture.

The room and bathroom were impeccably clean and oh-so comfortable, making our stay feel like a dream. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel right at home. But the best part was the hotel's location, just a short 7-minute walk from a jaw-dropping famous square. We were thrilled to stumble upon this hidden gem after a terrible hotel experience elsewhere. Be cautious, folks! We couldn't be happier with our choice.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful room in the heart of Venice. the location was perfect, with a double aspect overlooking a charming square. the room was tastefully decorated with wooden floors, and the large private bathroom had a fantastic shower over a bath, as well as a bidet, WC, and basin. I appreciated the little touches like a hairdryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. the host who gave us the keys was friendly and polite, and suggested a great breakfast option nearby for a reasonable price of 5 euros per person. the room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near St Mark's Square. Cons: All good 👍.
